It is a ministry of love. Committed older Godly women from First Presbyterian Church who desire to connect with younger women in prayerfully matched pairs will establish one-on-one relationships as they walk together through life in Christ. These pairs will meet regularly to discover spiritual gifts, share accomplishments, joys, frustrations, failures, and fellowship. The wisdom and Biblical legacies the mentors have will demonstrate to the younger women how to know God more intimately, to establish a lifestyle that includes Jesus, and to build a legacy founded on Christ. Connecting with one another now will build Christ-centered legacies that will bless families and the church today as well as the generations of tomorrow. If this ministry is one you would like to be a part of, please email Emily at or call Joyce in the church office. ******************************************* Join a Women's Circle in 2022 ADULTS Women Singles Men Senior Adults Family & Adult OTHER INTERESTS Studies and Groups Worship Grow Connect Serve IF:Table meets each month on the 2nd Tuesday , 5:30 - 7:30 pm and 1st Monday, 11:30am-1:00pm (bring your own lunch). • Featured Missionary | Firstpres

FEATURED MISSIONARY Home / Ministries / Missions Worship Grow Connect Meet this month's Featured missionaries AJ Neely Loveland, Colorado Serve LOCAL SUPPORT US & WORLD SUPPORT SERVE NOW Hello to the First Presbyterian family from Keystone Church in Loveland, CO. Your partnership with us on this journey has been such a blessing to us, and I hope that this update gives you confidence in the work that is being accomplished through your willingness to partner with us. On the surface, our community has so much going for it. Colorado is beautiful, the people are largely friendly, it’s easy to enjoy the outdoors throughout the year and there are great jobs to be had. With all the state’s beauty, there is a different picture beneath the surface here. Only about 10% of the population of Colorado claims to be Christian while only about 6% are connected to a church. On top of that, our county has suicide rates that double Seattle’s, Colorado has been a hotspot for mass shootings, and homelessness has skyrocketed through the state. Darkness has a firm grip on so much of this beautiful state. During all of this, our church plant is now officially 3 years old. As you might imagine, we have experienced all kinds of highs and lows over the past 3 years. We have walked through the joy of launching a new church body, baptisms, hearts surrendering to the gospel, and so much more. At the same time, we entered this Covid world as a one-year-old church, watched as a lost and hurting community struggled to know how to respond, found that there is almost nobody willing to rent or lease space to a church, which has led to us having to adjust how we gathered as a church 6-7 times. Through all of this, we have continued to pray, share the gospel, build relationships in the community, and aim to strategically meet needs in our city. Our church has become a go to for the school district as needs arise for their families. This March, the district reached out to ask if we could help get beds for 5 of their families that did not have beds in their homes. We have worked with a local school to launch a program to help get dads involved on campus which has been a great success, and we regularly serve the staff at our neighborhood school. In addition, we have seen that this area is full of young families and that many are struggling in their marriages. About a year ago we launched a marriage ministry for the community. We are limited by space to about five couples we can take each round, but the feedback from the couples has been incredible. In our current round of this, none of the families involved go to our church and they are hearing the gospel week after week. This has been an incredible way for us to invest in marriages and families in our community. All of this is happening while we also continuously see our people building intentional relationships and sharing the good news of Jesus in their neighborhoods. Through all the obstacles, we continue to see the gospel going out into our community. It’s amazing to see how big our God is as He continues to work regardless of the circumstances. Thank you again for your partnership and for helping us take the gospel to this community. Without the help of people and churches like you, we would not be able to continue this work! In Christ, AJ Neely

Register & Pay Depsit Now! Spend a week at a week at La Fuente del Peregrino, Spain with a small team who's mission will be to minister to thousands of people that walk on the Camino de Santiago. The team will minister to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those who stop at the Fuente del Peregrino, and to plant seeds of the gospel in the lives of the Camino walkers, as well as the people that live in Ligonde. Many walkers are on a pilgrimage searching for something – friendship, time alone, decisions, strength, etc. The missionaries of La Fuente del Peregrino offer them a real, fulfilling alternative to what they are searching for, they offer the living water of Christ, which will truly satisfy the thirst in their hearts and provide meaning in their lives. The Christ loving interaction with walkers is the distinguishing mark that makes the Fuente del Peregrino special, because the people who mission there reflect Christ and His heart. There he will teach us his ways, and we will walk in his paths.” ---Micah 4:2 Goodbye to the Old A&O House It was a rollercoaster of emotions as we all watched the old A&O House be demolished. It has been very emotional for so many of our youth and leaders to have to truly say goodbye to that “Grand Old Lady”; because the old House held so many sweet memories for all the A&O youth, both past and present. However, everyone fully recognizes that the new beautiful House will be the place for new memories to be made for many, many years and for many, many more young people. God moved mightily in the old House, changing hearts and drawing hundreds to Him. We rest in the promise that the same will happen tenfold in the new House. The demolition begins! The old makes way for the new. The new A&O House stands tall and proud. Once again we all wish to express our sincere gratitude to the entire First Pres Family for their support of the building of the new A&O House. Each of you has fully invested in the future of our youth. Our goal in the Youth Department is to ensure that you all get a rich return on your investment. Thank you!
