Teaching the Word of God to eager, young hearts is our passion.

Welcome to First Pres Kids Ministry! Our mission statement is to create a safe, nurturing environment in order to present the Bible in ways children can understand, equipping them to make wise choices and develop their own relationship with Jesus, and to partner with and encourage parents as spiritual leaders of their families as they disciple their children.

Check in for all children is just inside the glass doors at the Welcome Desk of the Kids Wing. We'll meet you there! 

Critter Land

Our nursery, preschool, and kindergarten area is a fun, safe place for your children during the worship services at 8:30 and 11:00 and during the Sunday School hour, 9:45-10:45 each Sunday. We teach them the basic truths of God's love in fun, age-appropriate ways. Our background-checked Child Care staff and volunteers make sure each child is treated with the best care while they are with us.

Elementary 

Our Elementary Ministry for children 1st through 5th Grade, meets on the 2nd floor of the Kids Wing from 9:45 - 10:45 each Sunday. TruStory helps children discover their place in God's redemptive narrative, see more about who God is and what He is doing through His Word. We have a lot of fun, make friends, and grow an important foundation for each child to know and begin to understand God and how He made each of them lovingly in His image.

Kids Ministry Programs

First Pres Kids has programs for all children birth through 5th grade whose parents attend Wednesday Night groups and those who are participating in Parents Time Out.  We will learn 13 Very Cool Stories and Why Jesus Said Them with Kasey and Debbie, and our trained/background checked staff and volunteers. Check in for all children is just inside the glass doors at the Welcome Desk of the Kids Wing.
