Who Are We?
Canyon Missional Community (CMC) is an outreach community designed to connect West Texas A&M students with local Canyon families to provide a Christ centered “home- away from home”. Our goal is to create a fellowship of all ages who, like the first church in Acts, “were breaking bread in their homes, receiving food with glad hearts, praising God and having favor with all people.” Acts 2:46
We CONNECT WT students with local Canyon families of believers to form a Christ centered community. (Acts 2:42-46)
We make DISCIPLES who make DISCIPLES. (Matt. 28:16-20)
We SERVE the WT/Canyon area with hands on ministry, meeting the needs of those in need. (Mark 9:41)
What We Do!
CMC meets weekly on Monday evenings at the Cole Community Center in the city of Canyon for a great warm cooked meal and worship. We then study the scriptures together for practical daily application.
We take monthly outdoor adventures as well as seek ways to serve the local Canyon community.
