Crafts Team
Face painting (30 min shifts)

Paint crayons, choices for art, and wipes

4 chairs and 1 table set up
Pumpkin painting (30 min shifts)

Set up table with paint markers and wipes

3 tables, 6 chairs at each

People will pick their own pumpkin to paint. Some may need help moving it from the AD porch to the table.

Volunteers keep an eye on the pumpkins making sure everyone only decorates one pumpkin and takes it home.

Hospitality Team
Greeters/Connection Team- 1-hour shifts (4 people)
-Volunteers intentionally walk around the event introducing themselves to new faces.
Provide some guidance if they are lost. This group is the face of the event; they are willing to connect, answer questions and create a friendly environment.
Replenish Team (30 min shifts)
Chili (1 volunteer needed per 2 contestants)
-All severyone to git some keepe allowing people to sial ernes ple to grab
Pie (1 volunteer needed per 2 contestants)

Refill servings of pie (Try to keep about 10 of each available for people to grab)

Allow everyone to get some before allowing people to get "seconds."
Refill Pool with Water Bottles
-2 people responsible for checking throughout the event
Trash handlers- 4 people
-Responsible for checking throughout the event

Set Up Team (1 hour shifts)
15 Round tables and 6 chairs per table for people to sit and eat at
12 Rectangle tables for chili and pie contests
4 lents set up with heavy bags for weights over contest area
6 rolling trash cans and extra bags (4 bags in each trash can)
3 Rectangle tables for registration
